NOW HIRING: JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICIANS — SPARKS, NV Superior Skilled Trades is seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians with 8+ years experience for a major construction project in Sparks, Nevada . Pay: $37.50 per hour Per Diem: $90 per day worked for qualified travelers Job Responsibilities Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems on commercial and industrial construction projects. Perform wire pulling, routing, labeling, splicing, and terminations for power, lighting, equipment, and control circuits. Work with high- and low-voltage systems within assigned qualifications, following required electrical safety procedures. Measure, cut, bend, thread, and install EMT, rigid, and other conduit, including offsets, saddles, and stub-ups. Install conduit supports, cable trays, junction boxes, pull boxes, and electrical raceways. Install and terminate panels, switchgear, transformers, disconnects, breakers, receptacles, and lighting fixtures. Connect motors and equipment, including associated controls and grounding. Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, specifications, and panel schedules. Use multimeters and other test equipment to check voltage, continuity, and circuit conditions and identify electrical problems. Install grounding and bonding systems and verify secure, properly identified connections. Inspect completed work for accuracy, proper installation, and compliance with project specifications and applicable electrical codes. Follow lockout/tagout procedures, use required PPE, and maintain safe work practices. Safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and aerial lifts when trained and authorized. Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to meet project schedules and maintain a clean, organized work area. Qualifications Demonstrated journeyman-level experience in commercial or industrial electrical construction. Strong skills in conduit bending, wire pulling, wire termination, and electrical troubleshooting. Experience working with high- and low-voltage systems. Ability to read electrical drawings and work independently. Strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, attendance, and reliability. OSHA 10 preferred; must be willing to obtain it if not already certified. APPLY TODAY!
